Configure Google Drive For KnowledgeAI

To ensure a seamless integration of your resources into the Coach Simple platform, it's important to organize your Google Drive with a specific folder structure. This will allow KnowledgeAI to sync and categorize your content appropriately, providing a better experience for you and your clients. Here's how to set up your Google Drive for import into Coach Simple:

Step 1: Create Main Folders

Start by creating a Coach Simple master folder and then main sub-folders in your Google Drive. To do this:

  1. Go to your Google Drive (drive.google.com).

  2. Click on the "+ New" button on the left-hand side.

  3. Select "Folder" from the dropdown menu.

  4. Name the folder as follows and click "Create"

  5. Create a Coach Simple folder

  6. Create the following sub-folders:

    • Company: This folder is for internal files only.

    • Shared: This folder is for resources you want to share with customers.

    • Public: This folder is for resources accessible to all users.

Step 2: Organize Your Content

Once you have your main folders, it's time to organize your files:

  • Company Folder: Place all internal documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other files that are meant for your team's eyes only.

  • Shared Folder: Add content that you want to share with specific clients or groups. This can include training materials, templates, or any resources that are part of your coaching program.

  • Public Folder: Include any resources that you want to be available to everyone, such as promotional materials, public guides, or general information about your services.

Step 3: Notify Coach Simple

After organizing your folders, please notify Coach Simple of the completion of this step. You can do this by sending an email to your assigned implementation specialist with the subject line "Google Drive Ready for KnowledgeAI Sync" and include the shared links to the respective folders.

Step 4: Sync with Coach Simple

Our team will assist you in syncing your Google Drive with Coach Simple. We will ensure that your resources are imported into the correct categories within the platform.

Customers who purchased the full service support package may opt into a automated re-sync of the folder tree. Please discuss this with your implementation specialist.
